A. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF .ANAHEIE AUTHORIZING Ti E CITY TREASURER TO
DEPOSIT IN ThE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA IN k1.7) FOR THE COUNTY CF ORANGE .ALL
FUNDS REQUIRED TO BE DEPOSITED TO ENABLE THE
CITY TO OBTAIN IllEDITE POSSESSION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY REWIRED FOR THE VIDENING AND IPROVE-
MENT OF HARBOR BOULEVARD.
HEREAS, heretofore, to Tit: On the 10th day of liay,
1955, the City Council did adopt Resolution 1 authorizing
the acouisition by eminent domain of certain real property
reouired for the widening and improvement of Harbor Boulevard
which real property is more Particularly described in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
it is necessary to obtain immediate possession of said real
property in order to commence and complete Said. improvement
prior to the opening of the Disneyland. Recreation Area; and
WHEREAS, in order to obtain immediate possession, it will
be necessary to deposit in court a sum of money, to be affixed
by the court, estimated to be sufficient to cover the actual
value to be paid for said land as finally determined by said
court.
NO;i, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to deposit in the Superior Court of the
State of California.. in and for the County of Orange, the sum of
money affixed and determined by JudE7e of said Superior Court
required to be deposited to obtain an order for the immediate
possession of the real property required for the videninf; and
improvement of Harbor Boulevard, which said oronerty is more
particularly described in said Resolution Ho. 276?
