A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF A uAHEIlit CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND
PUBLIC UTILITIES PURPOSES.
'.'HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter. described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utilities purposes; and
'IEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NO, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ASSISTA'aCE LEAGUE OF
ANAHEIM, a non profit corporation to sell to the City of Anaheim
the following described real property situated in the City of
Aneheirn, County of Orange, State of C „liforni,^, to be used for
road and public utilities purposes, and, more particularly
described as follows:
An easement for road_ and public utilities purposes
over, under, along, across and through <a,ll< th --t
certain real property in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of C„lifornin, being a.:, portion of
the Southwest nuarter of Section 4, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S. B. B. L. described as follows:
The North 20.00 feet of the South 50.00 feet of the
following described p.nrcel: Beginning a.t a point on
the South line of Section 4, in Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian,
1320 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Section;
thence North 567.8 feet parallel with the ':nest line of
said Section: thence East 637.1 feet; thence South
567., feet to the South line of said Section 4;
thence "`lest along said,. South line 636.3 feet to the
point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the East
500.00 feet.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 Dollars (41.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 24th day of May, 1955.
