,HERE'S, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchesin: the hereinafter described real property

'EREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit end best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept s-id offer end purchase SP1C real property.

of AnrheiL the following described real property situated in
the City of knrheim, County of Orpm Sta te of California,
to be used for road end public utility purposes, and more
rarticularly described as follows:

The southerly 20 feet of the West one-half of
Lot 15 and the southerly 20 feet of Lots 16, 17,

Maps, records of said Orange County.
