1955-2775WHEREAS, on the 21st day of April, 1955, the City
Council did adopt Resolution No. 2730 granting a Special Use
Permit to Valley Investment Company for the construction and
maintenance of a hospital upon the real property and premises
described in said resolution and upon certain terms and condi-
tions as set forth in said resolution; and.
WHEREAS, said resolution did provide that in the
event of failure to comply with the requirements set forth
in said resolution to the satisfaction of the City Council
within a period of thirty (30) days or such further time as
the Council may grant, the special use permit shall become
null and void; and
WHEREAS, the applicant for said permit has requested
an extension of time of thirty (30) days within which to comply
with the conditions as set forth in said resolution and said
use permit, and the City Council finds that said request is
reasonable and should be granted.
NOV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application for an extension of
time for a period of thirty (30) days to comply with the terms
and conditions of said Resolution No. 2730 granting said special
use permit be, and the same is hereby, granted and that said
applicant for said use permit shall have to and including the
24th day of June, 1955 to comply with the requirements of said
use permit.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 24th day of May, 1955.
