A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RUT AND REGULATIONS
FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDU=RE IN THE FILING
AND PROCESSING OF SUBDIVISION MAPS WITHIN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, Article IX, Chapter 1, Section 9100.12 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code authorizes the City Council, from time to
time by resolution, to establish rules and regulations for the
administrative procedure in the filing and processing of sub-
division maps within the City of Anaheim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the procedure for the filing and pro-
cessing of subdivision maps, pursuant to Article IX, Chapter 1,
Section 9100.12 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, be, and it is
hereby, established as follows:
