A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING ,A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real
property for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is for
the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to
accept the offer of Joseph Garcia and Ruth Garcia, husband
and wife, to sell said real property for the sum of Eight
Thousand Dollars (f8,000)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of Joseph Garcia and
Ruth Garcia, husband and wife, to sell to the City of Anaheim
the following described real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be
used for public purposes, and more particularly described
as follows:
Lot 25 of Vineyard Lot "E5" of the Langenberger
Tract, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 1, Pages 551 and 552 of Miscellaneous
Records in the Office of the County Recorder
of Los Angeles County, California;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 75 feet,
for the sum of Eight Thousand Dollars (0,000) cash, law-
ful money of the United States, be and the same is hereby
accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, and
that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
TEE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 4th day of May, 1955.

AYES: COUNCILMEN: Fry, Wisser, and Van Wagoner.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Pearson and Schutte.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor Pro Tem of the City
of Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution on the 4th day of
May, 1955.
