A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ADOPTING AN "OFFICIAL TREE LIST" DESIGNATING
THE SPECIFIC TYPES OF TREES THAT MAY BE PLANTED ON
CITY STREETS, TEE WIDTH OF PARKWAYS IA WHICH SAME CAN BE
PLANTED AND TEE DISTANCE APART WHICH SAME MUST BE PLANTED.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 985 authorizes and directs the City
Council to adopt by Resolution an "Official Tree List" designating the
types of trees that may be planted on the city streets within the
City of Anaheim, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has caused a study to be made for
the purpose of determining the types of trees that are best suited to the
city's tree planting and maintenance program based on the local street
and tree factors involved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM that the following list be, and the same is hereby
designated as the city's "Official Tree List" designating the
specific types of trees that may be planted on the city streets, the
width of parkways in which same can be planted and the distance apart
which same must be planted:

of the City of Anaheim held on the 21st day of April, 1955, by the
