A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING TO HOLLY MANUFACTURING
COMPANY AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS
OVER CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY.
WH',REAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the
real property hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, the Holly Manufacturing Company is the
owner of a parcel of property adjoining said property owned
by the City of Anaheim and hereinafter described, and is
desirous of acquiring an easement over said property be-
longing to the City as a means of ingress to and egress
from its said property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the granting
of such easement upon, over and along the said property
owned by the City will not interfere with the present or
contemplated public use of said property;
NOW, TH R F0RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that there be, and there is hereby,
granted to the Holly Manufacturing Company and easement for
ingress and egress upon, over and along the following de-
scribed real property in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, to wit:
An easement for ingress and egress upon, over and
along the East 20.00 feet of that portion of the
Northwest quarter of Section 8, in Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of said Northwest
quarter of said Section 8, 474.67 feet Northerly of the
Southwest corner of said Northwest quarter of said
Section; thence Easterly parallel with the South line of
the North 25 acres of the Southwest quarter of the North-
west quarter of said Section 8, 238.00 feet; thence
Southerly parallel with the West line of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 8, 168.15 feet, more or less, to
a point 306.92 feet Northerly of the South line of ss.d
Northwest quarter; thence Westerly parallel with said
South line of said Northwest quarter 238 feet to the
West line of said Northwest quarter; thence Southerly
along said West line 183.02 feet to a point 123.90 feet
Northerly of the South line of said Northwest quarter;
thence Easterly parallel with said South line of said
Northwest quarter 822 feet; thence Northerly parallel
with the West line of said Northwest uarter, 367.63
feet to the South line of the North 25 acres of the
Southwest quarter of said Northwest quarter of Section
8; thence Westerly along the South line of said 25 acre
tract of land 822 feet to the West line of said North-
west quarter; thence Southerly along said West line of
the Northwest quarter 16 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning.
SUBJECT to covenants, conditions, reservations, restric-
tions, rights, rights -of -way and easements, if any, of
record.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to
execute a deed granting to the Holly Manufacturing Company
an easement for ingress and egress upon, over and along
the real property hereinabove described.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved
by me this 21st day of April, 1955.
