STREET WIDENING PURPOSES.
The North 10.00 feet of the South 40.00 fe t of the
following described property:
That certain real property in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, being a portion of Lot 6
of Tract 13, as per map thereof recorded in Book 9, Page
12 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said County, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Broadway as
shown on said map, distant thereon 645.00 feet Easterly
from the center line of Brookhurst Avenue, as shown en
said map; thence Easterly along said center lire of
Broadway 94.00 feet; thence at right angles Northerly
240.00 feet; thence Westerly parallel with said center
line of Broadway 94.00 feet; thence Southerly 240.00 feet
to the point of beginning.
Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restric-
tions, rights, rights of way and easements, if any, of
record.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
