RESOLUTION NO. 2723
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DETM
CONVEY_ING Q THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEM:'IT FOR STREET
AND UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for street and
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of P -C Lumber Company
to sell to thF; 'Uity of. Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the Cipty of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for street and utility purposes
and more particularly described as fol-
Those portions of Lots 12 and 13 of Tract No. 2090,
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 61, Pages
38 and. 39 of Miscellaneous laps, in the Office of
the County Recorder of said County, included within
a strip of land 54 feet in width, the easterly line
of which is the southerly prolongation of the east-
erly line of Iris Street as shown on said map;
together with the spandrel area adjoining a curve
concave to the southwest and having a radius of 15
feet and which is tangent to both the westerly line
of said 54 foot strip and to the southerly line of_
Hill Avenue as shown on said map.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of "the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /l00 Dollars N1.00).
