to sell to the City of. Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for public utility Purposes

An easement for public utilities in, on, over and
under the east 5 feet of Lots 89, 96, 97, 101. and
105, the west 5 feet of Lots 90, 95, 98, 103 and
106, and that portion of Lot 10 6 lying south-
westerly of the following described line: Begin-
ning at the northwest corner of Lot 108 of said
Tract No. 2288; thence northwesterly to a point
on the west line of said Lot 106, distant thereon
15 feet northerly from the southwest corner thereof,
of Tract No. 2288, in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California as per map recorded
in Book 69, Pages 26, 27 and 28 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 Dollars (1.00)..
