A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT OVER
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PUR-
POSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of constructing an electric line for conveying
electric energy for public utility purposes over the herein-
after described real property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept the offer of Exhibit.. Homes, Inc. to grant
such easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of Exhibit Homes, Inc.,
a corporation, to grant to the City of Anaheim, its successors
and assigns, the right to construct, use, maintain, alter,
add to, repair, replace and /or remove, an electric line con-
sisting of poles, cross -arms, wires, necessary guys and anchors,
and other fixtures and appliances for conveying electric energy
to be used for light, heat, power and /or other purposes, over
the following described real property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California:
The following portions of Tract 2332 as per map
recorded in Book 68, Pages 25 to 28 of Maps in the
Office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
State of California:
PARCEL 1: A strip of land 10 feet in width, the
center line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the northerly line of Lot
79 of said Tract 2332 distant easterly 15 feet
from the northwest corner of said Lot 79; thence
in a southwesterly direction to a point in the
southerly line of Lot 79 distant easterly 6 feet
from the southwest corner of said Lot 79.
PARCEL 2: The northerly 5 feet of Lot 183 and the
southerly 5 feet of Lot 184 of said Tract 2332.
PARCEL 3: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot
1t35 of said Tract 2332, thence easterly along the
south lot line of Lot 185 a distance of 30 feet,
thence at right angles to said lot line proceeding
in a northerly direction a distance of 3 feet,
thence at right angles to said line proceeding in
a westerly direction a distance of 30 feet to a
point in the westerly line of Lot 185, distant 3
feet northerly from the southwest corner thereof,
thence in a southerly direction to the point of
beginning.
PARCEL
Beginning at the northeast corner of
of 143 of said Tract 2332, proceeding along the
north lot line of Lot 143 a distance of 30 feet,
thence at right angles to said north lot line of
Lot 143 a distance of 3 feet in a southerly direc-
tion; thence at right angles to said line proceeding
in an easterly direction a distance of 30 feet to a

point in the easterly line of Lot 143 a distance of
3 feet southerly from the northeast corner thereof;
thence in a northerly direction to the point of
beginning,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Anaheim,
its successors and assigns, and its agents and employees,
shall be granted and shall have the right to trim or top
such trees as may endanger or interfere with said electric
line, and shall have free access to said electric line, and
every part thereof, at all times for the purpose of exercis-
ing the rights granted in said easement; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay
to the owner of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 Dollars ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 22nd day of March, 1955.

Anaheim, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was introduced and adopted at a regular meeting provided by
law, of the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the
22nd day of March, 1955 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pearson, Pry, Schutte, Wieser, anal
Van Wagoner.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City
of Anaheim approved and signed said resolution on the 22nd
