WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of PAUL M. BOLIEK and
PAULINE BOLIEKhusband and wife,
to sell to the City of. Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the C,ty of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for street widening purposes
and more particularly described as fol-
lows:

The South 30 feet of the following described property,
EXCEPTING therefrom any portion which may now be included
within South Street:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Easterly 10 acres
of Lot Thirteen (13) of Anaheim Extension, as shown on a
map made by William Hamel, and filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, said point
being in the center of South Street as shown on said map;
running thence Westerly along the center line of said South
Street a distance of 526.6 feet, more or less, to the
Westerly line of the Westerly 20 acres of the Easterly 30
acres of said Lot 13; thence Northerly parallel with the
Easterly line of said Lot 13 a distance of 176.75 feet;
thence Easterly parallel with the Southerly line of said
Lot 13 a distance of 526,6 feet, more or less, to the
Westerly line of the Easterly 10 acres of said Lot 13;
thence Southerly along said Westerly line of the East ten
(10) acres of said Lot 13 to the point of beginning,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City Of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of "the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 Dollars (1.00),
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
