A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO TEE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
STREET W.IDENIN.G PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for publio purposes, to wit: An easement for
street widening purposes and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JAMES C. &?DISH and
MARY AVIS QUISH, husband an ,rife, to sell
to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows:
That portion of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township Z}.
South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian, in the County of Orange, State of
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 104 in
Tract 2161 as shown in Book 63 at pages 33 35
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California; thence S 89° 151 22i E, 20 feet to a
point, said point being the true point of begin-
ning; thence continuing S 89° 45 22 E 110 feet
to the Northwest corner of Lot 1 of Tract 1597 as
shown in Book 59, pages 1 and 2 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California;
thence N 0° 05' 29t E, 20 feet to a point; thence
N 89 1+5 22" W, 110 feet to a point; thence
S 0 05' 29" E 20 feet to the true point of begin-
ning.
TO BE USED FOtt STREET WIDENING PURPOSES,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 (;1.00) Dollars,
