A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING SECTIONS 3 (b), 13 AND 25 (f) OF RESOLUTION NO.
2495 ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ESTABLISHING A BASIC COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CERTAIN
CLASSES OF EMPLOYMENT IN THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AND ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR THE
PLACEMENT OF PRESENT EMPLOYEES WITHIN THE WAGE AND SALARY
SCHEDULE PROVIDED: PROVIDING FOR PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS,
HOLIDAYS, AND VACATIONS, AND REPEALING RESOLUTIONS NOS.
2056 -A AND 2141.
WHEREAS, after due consideration, the City Council does find and
determine that Sections 3 (b), 13 and 25 (f) of Resolution No. 2495, entitled:
"A resolution of the City of Anaheim establishing a basic compensation plan
for certain classes of employment in the municipal service of the City of
Anaheim and establishing regulations for the placement of present employees
within the wage and salary schedule provided: providing for physical exami-
nations, holidays, and vacations, and repealing Resolutions Nos. 2056 -A and
2141," approved August 10, 1954 should be amended as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
Anaheim that Section 3 (b) be amended by
"Assistant City Attorney- part time," to
and by adding thereto the classification
salary Schedule No. 27; and
by the City Council of the City of
adding thereto the classification,
be placed in salary Schedule No. 20,
of "Fire Inspector," to be placed in
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Section 13 of said Resolution No. 2495
be amended by adding thereto the following: "The Assistant City Attorney
shall be allowed Fifty ($50.00) Dollars per month for office rental and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Section 25 (f) of said Resolution No.
2495 be amended to read: "Payroll Officer, One hundred seventy ($170.00)
Dollars per month."
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 25th day
of January, 1955.
