A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
Road and Utility Purposes
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes to wit: An easement for
Road and Utility Purposes 9 and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CLYDE W. HOLLINGSWORTH
and JESSIE HOLLINGSWORTH to sell
to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and utility purposes over the West 30
feet of the following described property:
The North 171.82 feet of the West 130.00 feet of the North
Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, County of Orange,
State of California, as said section is indicated on a map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 (1,00) Dollars
