A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
Road and Utility Purposes
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: A easement for
Road and Utility Purposes 9 and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of THOMAS GLEN CUNNINGHAM
and CLARA F. CUNNINGHAM, husband a fe to self
to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and utility purposes over that portion
of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section
17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the county of Orange,
state of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Southeast quarter,
and thence South 05" East along the West line 165.51 feet;
thence North 89° 33' East 30 feet; thence North 05" West 120.62
feet to a point in a curve concave Southeast and having a
radius of 15 feet; thence along said curve 23.44 feet through
a central angle of 89° 33' 05 thence North 89° 33' East a
distance of 96.93 feet; thence North 27' West 30 feet to
a point in the North line of said Southeast quarter; thence
South 89° 33' West 141.58 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of'the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 <p1,00) Dollars.
