desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for
Road and Utility Purposes and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of A. C. SITZENSTOCK
and AGNES SITZENSTOCK, husband and wire to sell
to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and utility purposes over the
East 50 feet of the North 160 feet of the East
291 feet of the south half of the south half of the
northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of
section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho Los Coyotes, county of Orange, state of
California, as said section is indicated on a map
recorded in book 51 page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
in the office of the county recorder of said county.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
