A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR STREET
AND UTILITY PURPOSES, AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2.85.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for street and
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ANAHEIM SCHOOL DISTRICT
OF ORANGE COUNTY.CALIFORNIA, a Public Corporation, to sell
to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows:
The southerly 40 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 5 as
shown on a map of the West one-half of Lot 9
of Anaheim Extension, and filed in Book 1,
Page 53 of Records of Surveys in the Office
of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California,
FOR STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of'the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 (p1.00) Dollars,

RESOLUTION NO. 2485 is hereby rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
