RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
APPROVING AYC1 DI ANT NUMIBER 2 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR MAIN-
TENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented Amendment Number 2 to
the Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City of Anaheim
dated July 1, 1954.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment Number 2
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that said Amendment Number 2 is hereby approved and the Mayor and
the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1954.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Anaheim at a regular
