A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEI'NT FOR
STREET WIDENING PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for street widening
_purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered thl
sell said hereinafter described real property to the City of
Anaheim for the sum of One and no /100 ($1.00) Dollars; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim find
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DORA C. FRUITS
to sell to
the City of Anaheim the following described real property situ-
ated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, and more particularly described as follows:
The southerly 20 feet of the easterly 20 feet
of Lot 3 of Tract No. 183, in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 17, page 20 of
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said County, except therefrom the water dis-
tribution system of pipes, valves and other
equipment located on and supplying said Tract
No. 483 with water.
FOR STREET WIDENING PURPOSES,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 (;1.00) Dollars.
