A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
STREET WIDENING PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for

real, property
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell said hereinafter described real property to the City of
Anaheim for the sum of One and no /100 01.00) Dollars; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of HAROLD E. CLASEN a married man,
having acquired said property while a sink a man, to se to
the City of Anaheim the following described real property situ-
ated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, and more particularly described as follows:
The west ten (10) feet of the following described
property:
The north 99 feet of the south 321 feet of the
west 110 feet of the Southwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B. M.
FOR STREET WIDENING PURPOSES,

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 01.00) Dollars.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was approved and signed
by me this 13th day of 1 954
