PUCEMENT OF PRESENT EMPLOYEES WIlHIN THE WAGE AND SALARy
SOIEDULES PROVIDED, R>R CERTAIN HUNGE BENEFITS,
PHYSICAL EXAMINAnCWS, HOLIDAYS AND VACAnONS AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NtNBERS 2495, 2537, 2626 and 2718."
BE IT REOOLVED BY THE CITY CX>UNCIL of the City of Anaheim that the
following changes be made to Resolution No. 2836, entitled, "A Resolution of the
Ci ty of Anaheim establishing a basic compensation plan for certain classes of
employment in the municipal service of the City of Anaheim and establishing re-
gulations for the placement of present employees wi thin the wage and salary
schedules providedl providing for certain fringe benefits, physical examinations,
holidays and vacations and repealing Resolution Nos. 2495, 2537, 2626 and 2718."
SECTION 151 POUCE DEPARTMENT
(Paragraph 3 should be changed to read as followsr)
An officer shall be paid at his regular hourly rate for
authorized over-time and required court appearances during
off-duty hours.
(Paragraph 4 should be changed to read as fOllowsl)
Compensation for school crossing guards is hereby affixed at
$88.00 per month for services of less than four (4) hours
per day. Over-time rate of pay for services in access of
four (4) hours per day is hereby established at the rate of
$1.02 per hour.
