THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department
of Public Works, Division of Hig~s, has presented Amerxllllent bher
4 to the Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highwa,y in the City
of Anaheim dated April 1, 1956.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment
MDlber 4 in full and is f_iliar with the contents thereof;
THEREFCRE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that said Amendment Number 4 is hereby approved
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same
on behalf of said City.
ADOPTED this 27th d-,y of March, 1956.
