A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COu:NCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
CAUSING A RECOIlD OF CANVASS OF RETURNS OF SPECIAL ELECTIO:l
TO BE ENTERED UPON ITS MINUTES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has canvassed the
returns of a certain special annexation election held on the 6th day of March,
1956, in certain unincorporated territory sought to be annexed to said City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has caused a record to be made of the
canvass of returns of said election, which record is entitled, "RECOIlD OF
CJJIV.&.SS OF RE'rURNS OF SPECIAL ANNEXATION ELECTlcm HELD MARCH 6, 1956".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that said record of canvass of returns of said election be, and the
same is hereby ordered, entered upon th~ minutes of said City Council.
'l'liE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 13th
day of March, 1956.
