A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR Rea d and Public
Utility Purposes

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purohasing the hereinafter desoribed real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for Road and

WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to aocept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of
the City or Anaheim tbat the offer of FRANK R. KROGMAN and
LORETTA KRO~. husband and wife
to sell to the vity of Anaheim the fcllowing desoribed real prop-
ert;)T situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
Califo~nia, to be used for Road and Pub 10 tili r 0

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across the Easterly f1tt.~ (50) feet of that certain parcel of
land located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, desoribed as follows:
Beginning at a point in the east line of the NEi of the NEt of
Seotion 12, TownShip 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. & M., 366 feet,
more or less, south of the northeast corner of the NEt of said
Section 12; thence west parallel with the north line of said
Section 12, 666 feet, more or less; thence south parallel with
the east line of said Sect! n 12 to the southerly line of the Nt
of the NEt of the NEt of said Seotion 12; thence east along said
south line 666 feet, more or less, to the east line of said Section
12; thenoe north along said east line of said Section to the point
of beginning.
