A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR Road and Public
Utility Purposes
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter desoribed real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for Road and
Public Utility Purposes ; ,and
~EEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to aocept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of
the Citv of Anah~im that the offer of Lee Symonds and
Virginia S~monds, husband and wire
to sell to the vity of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Oran ge..l State of
Califo~nia, to be used for Road and Public Utility ~urposes
f and more particularly desoribed as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and aoross the Northerly 50 feet of that paroel
of land located in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The Northerly 185 feet of the West 6 aores of the
Easterly i of the Northerly ~ of Lot 8, Anaheim Exten-
sion, as shown on a map of survey, on file in the office
of the County Recorder in Los Angeles County, California.
Excepting therefrom the Westerly 150 feet.
