A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR Road Widening and Public
Utility Purposes
WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purChasing the hereinafter desoribed real property
for publio p'urposes, to wit: An easement for Road Widening
and Public utility Purposes ; ,and
w~EREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim finds
the.t it 13 for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Aneheim to accept sai d offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of
the Citv of Anaheim that the offer of Henry Steinbrink and Rosa
C. ~. Steinbrink, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situa.ted in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
Califo~n1a, to be used for Road Wid~ning and Public Utiliti
Purposes .. and more particllL-l.rly described as fol ows:
An easement for road widening and public utility purposes
over, under and aoross th&t portion of Lot 14, Anaheim
Extension, located in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 14 being
at the intersection of the southerly line of East Santa
Ana Street and the Westerly line of Placentia Avenue
as shown on a map of Tract No.1697 filed in Book 5,
pages 43, 44 and 45 of Misoellaneous Maps, in the offioe
of the County Recorder of said Orange County, thenoe

East 5.25 feet; thence North 7/.}0321 05" East 10:\..5 feet
more or less to the beginning of a curve conoave south-
easterly and having a radius of 20 feet; thence South
