~mEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desiro'ls of purchasing the hereinafter desoribed real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for Road
and Pub~l~._Ut~l.~.t;y. ~Purposes ; and
iiffEHEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

under and across the Northerly 30 feet of a portion
of land located in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of california, described as follows:
The Easterly one-~~lf of Vineyard Lot "B_2" as shown
on a map of Anaheim recorded in Book 4, pages 629 and
630 of Deeds, Reoords of Los Angeles County, Californ-
ia.
EXCEPTING: That portion of said Vineyard Lot "E-2"
lying within and Easterly of the Union Pacifio Rail-
road 60 foot Right of Way.
