OF A'AHEIM ACCEPTING A GRAFT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ALLEY PURPOSES
The Westerly 20 feet of the Northerly 130.00 feet of
the Easterly 351.25 feet, more or less, of the
Easterly rectangular one -half of Vineyard Lot H -1,
as shown on a Map of the Lands of Anaheim, recorded
in Book 14., Pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, records of
Los Angeles County, California;
To be used for alley purposes,
be, and tne same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
%ity of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
osmers of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 ($1.00) Dollar.
