A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CONSENTING TO THE ANNEXATION BY
THE CITY OF BUENA PARK OF CERTAIN TERRITORY
DESIGNATED AS "LUEBKEMAN ANNEXATION NO. 1,"
WHICH TERRITORY LIES WITHIN THREE MILES OF
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Buena Park has adopted its
Resolution No. 131 giving notice of the proposed annexation
to the City of Buena Park of certain uninhabited territory
described therein and designated as "Luebkeman Annexation
No. 1," and giving notice of the time and place for the
hearing of protests thereto; and
WHEREAS, the City of Buena Park has requested the
consent of the City Council of the City of Anaheim to the
annexation by said City of Buena Park of said territory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that consent be and it is hereby
given to the annexation by the City of Buena Park of all
that certain uninhabited territory designated as Luebkeman
Annexation No. 1," more particularly described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of Township 4 South, Range 11
West, S.B.B. M., in the County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly
line of right of way of Grand Avenue, 110.00
feet wide, with the Southerly boundary of the
City of Buena Park; thence Southerly along
said Westerly line of right of way to the
Northerly line of right of way of La Palma
Avenue, 60.00 feet wide; thence Westerly along
said Northerly line of right of way to the
Easterly line of right of way of Miller Street,
60.00 feet wide; thence, along said Easterly
line of right of way South 00 10' 18" East
2663.80 feet to the Northerly line of right of
way of Crescent Avenue, 40.00 feet wide; thence
along said Northerly line of right of way, North
89° 43' 00" East 2741.17 feet; thence, leaving
said Northerly line of right of way, North 00
17! 00" West 778.00 feet; thence North 13 22'
39" East 395.21 feet; thence North Lj2 02' 38"
East 728.00 feet; thence North 47° 57' 22"
West 814.00 feet; thence North 00 17' 22"
West 355.72 feet to the Southerly line of right
of way of said La Palma Avenue; thence, Easterly
along said Southerly line of right of way to
the Easterly line of right of way of said Grand
Avenue, as now established; thence Northerly
along said Easterly line of right of way to said
Southerly boundary of the City of Buena Park;
thence, Westerly along said Southerly boundary
to the point of beginning.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
