1954-2390WHEREAS, Coalson C. Morris, James L. Morris and
Arval Morris have heretofore deposited with the City of
Anaheim the sum of 45,369.00 as security for the construc-
tion and installation of a sewer main along South Street
necessary, to serve Tract No. 1696; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the sum of
41190,79 should be retained by the City to cover the pro-
portionate share of the costs to be borne by the property
directly across South Street from said tract, and that the
balance of said funds, to wit, the sum of ;2,987.42, should
be refunded to Coalson C. Morris, James L. Morris and Arval
Morris;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that the sum of 41190.79 be retained by the City from the
funds deposited by Coalson C. Morris, James L. Morris and
Arval Morris as security for the construction, installation
and completion of a sewer main along South Street necessary
to serve Tract No. 1696, to cover the proportionate share of
the costs to be borne by the property directly across South
Street from said tract; and that the balance of said funds,
to wit, the sum of 42,987.12, be refunded to said Coalson
C. Morris, James L. Morris and Arval Morris.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
