the boundaries of said. districts prior to the time authorized. by the provisions
of the Purchase and Sale Agreement dated February 28, 1951, and

approved ty the Executive Committee of the Cities and Sanitary Districts on the
7th day of January, 1254, a copy of which is on file in the administrative office

Districts until the possession of the facilities for the acceptance,
