to call a CENERAL ELECTION en the lOth day of April, 1954, for the purpose of
election the following officials:

by the order of the Foard of Supervisors for holdino (..eneral, State and County
elections be consolidated into thirteen (13) voting precincts; and

made from the Register of Applicants maintained by the City Clerk, and that the
location of pollino places be established in "Notice of Election"; and
