THE PROPERTY AND RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SALT

WHE'REAS, the City of Anaheim is constructing a
24-inch concrete Pioe line for the purpose of conveying
storm waters under Job No. 506.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to obtain a license and
a permit from the Los Angeles Salt Lake Railroad. Company,
and its lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, a corpo-
ration, to lay, construct, use, o maintain, repair,
and renew said pipe line along the property and right-of-
way of the Salt Lake Company in the location as shown on
a blue Print map dated November 10, 1953 attached to that
certain proposed agreement dated the 24th day of November,
1953; and
WHEREAS, the Los Angeles Salt Lake Railroad
Company and its lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company
have offered to enter into an agreement grantinE to the
City of Anaheim a oermit and license to construct said
24-inch concrete pipe line along the property and right-
of-way of the Salt Lake Company as more particularly set
forth in the agreement dated November 24, 1953, end this
date tendered to the City Council which agreement is
hereby approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find Lnd deter
that said license and :)er:Ilit are necessar aa that et.id

Union Pacific Railroad Corn
NOW, THEFZFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that that certain aL'reeent dated
1:oveLber 24, 1953, to be =,ele anc entered into by and
between Los An Salt Lake Railroad Company ana its
lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, and the City of
AnEheim, granting to the City of Anaheim a license and
permit to lay, construct, use, operate, maintain, repair,
and renew said pipe line along the property and right-of-
way of the Salt Lake Company as more particularly Eet forth
in said agree Lnd the maps attached thereto, be and
