1953-2271A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
CAUSING A RECORD OF CANVASS OF RETURNS OF SPECIAL ANNEXATION
MOTION TO BE ENTERED UPON ITS MINUTES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has canvassed the
returns of a certain special annexation election held on the 6th day of
November, 1953, in certain unincorporated territory sought to be annexed to
said City of Anaheim, and
WHEREAS, said City Council has caused a record to be made of the
canvass of returns of said election, which record is entitled RECORD OF
CANVASS OF RETURNS OF SPECIAL ANNEXATION ELECTION, HELD NOVEMBER 6th, 1953.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM that said record of canvass of returns of said election be, and the
same is hereby ordered entered upon the Minutes of said City Council.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 10th day
November, 1953.

certify that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 10th day of
November, 1953, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pearson, Wisser, Heying and Van Wagoner.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: I3oney.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved
