A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR STORM DRATN PTTRPOS1 S
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for storm drain purposes!
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
said hereinafter described real property to the City of Anaheim
for the sum of One and no /100 ($1.00) Dollar; and
'THEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Ana-
heim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of M. I BRADLEY en d MAR(ARRP
J. BRADLEY hueh _and__wire to sell to the City of
Anaheim the following describ real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and more partic-
ularly described as follows:
That portion of Lot 1 of "Orchard Park Tract" as
recorded in Book 7, page 9 of Miscellaneous Records
of said County, lying 5.00 feet on each side of
the following described center line:
Beginning at the center line intersections of South
Street (now West South Street, 60 feet wide) with
the center line of Citron Street (now South Citron
Street, 59.50 feet wide); thence South 74 30' 20"
West along the center line of said West South
Street a distance of 704.43 feet; thence South
15° 29' 40" East a distance of 170.00 feet; thence
South 74 30' 20" West parallel with said West
South Street a distance of 160.79 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence continuing from this
true point of beginning South 74 30' 20" West
parallel with aforesaid West South Street a dis-
tance of 78.69 feet, more or less, to a point in
the Easterly line of Santa Ana Freeway.
SUBJECT to all conditions, covenants, easements and
rights of way of record.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 ($1.00) Dollar.
