WHrREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that con-
venience and necessity in the handling of ce~tain funds of the City of Anaheim
require the establishment of the following accounts in banks located in the
City of Anaheiml

AND WHEREAS, the Ci ty Council further finds that the Mayor and
Finance Director of the City of Anaheim shOUld be authorized to execute checks
and other items for and on behalf of the City in connection with said accounts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Anaheim establish in
its name and deposit accounts as set forth with the above named banks upon such
terms and conditions as may be agreed upon with said banks, and that the Mayor
and Finance Director be, and they are hereby, authorized to establish such
accounts.
BE IT FUR1HER RESOLVED that Chas. A. Pearson, Mayor and Beatrice M.
Miller, Finance Director of the City of Anaheim be, and they are hereby,
authorized to withdraw funds of said City from the above named accounts upon
checks of said City, signed by Chas. A. Pearson, Mayor and Beatrice M. Miller,
Finance Director and that said banks be, and they are hereby authorized to honor
and pay any and all checks so signed, including those drawn to the individual
order of any officer authorized to sign the same.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Anaheim agrees with the
above named banks that the accounts above named be carried by said banks in
the manner and type of account as indicated above, and that all funds which
the City has or may have on deposit therein with said banks shall be governed
by their by-laws, all future amendments thereof, all regulations passed or
hereafter passed by their Board of Directors pursuant to said by-laws, and by
all rules and practices of said banks relating thereto, inCluding interest,
service charges, etc.
