II. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
OlTY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CO\lVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANA1tErM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMEN'l' FOR

ImEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desiro'ls of purohasing the hereina.fter desoribed real property
for publio purposesJ to wit: An easement for
Flo~~~o~t~~,:1:, ~urposes ; and
WHEHEAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase Baid real property.
NO\v, THEREFOFIE$ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Barnett POllaok and

to the City of' Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
CaUfornia, an d more partioul!U<ly descl'ibed as follows:
Being a portion of Lot 2 in Block 13 of Fairview
Colony Tract as per map recorded in Book 1, Page 33
of Miscellaneous Record Maps, Reocrds of said County,
described as follows: Beginning at center of Section
21, T4S, RlOW, SBB & X, said point being also the
intersection of the centerlines of Cerritos Avenue,
40 feet wide and Ninth Street, 60 feet wide; thenoe
South 0033'10. West 490.)8 feet along said centerline
of Ninth Street; thence North 14047'01- East 150.65
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve conoave
westerly with a radius of 1400 feet; thenoe northerly
347.64 feet more or less along the aro of said curve
to the oenterline of Cerritos Avenue; thence North
89015'53- West 80.00 feet, more or less, along said
centerline to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying within the
Right-ot-Way ot the Southern Pacific Railroad.
