RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 1 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR
MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public
Works, Division of Highways, has presented Amendment Number 1 to the Agree—
ment for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City of Anaheim dated
September 9, 1953.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment Number 1
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof:
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that said Amendment Number 1 is hereby approved and the Mayor and
the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
