1953-2241WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the day of
March, 1947 the City Council did adopt Resolut on Noo. 1532
granting to Frank T. Moreno, the owner of certain property
located at 900 North Loara Street, Anaheim, California,
being a part of Lot Three (3), described as the Northwest
quarter of Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, con
taining 2.48 acres, a variance permitting the use of the
rear of said property for a sand pit; and
WHEREAS, said Frank T. Moreno has advised the
City Council that he does not desire to use said property
any longer for a sand pit from and after Friday, September
11, 1953, and has requested the City Council to rescind
said resolution granting said variance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that Resolution No. 1532, adopted on the llth day of March,
1947, granting to said Frank T. Moreno a variance permit to
operate the above described property as a sand pit, be, and
the same is hereby, rescinded and that said permit so granted
is hereby revoked and terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by
me this 8th day of September, 1953.
