RESOLUTION NO. 3149
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DELD CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purohasing the hereinafter desoribed real property
for publio purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
~tlli ty purposes ; . and
WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is f~r the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purohase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of
the City of' Anaheim that the offer of CLIFFORD G. GROH and
ELAINE M. GRaB, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following desoribed real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and Dublic utilit u oses
, and more par cu ar y escri e as 0 OWS:
An easement for road and public uttlity purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 10 feet of the Easterly
30 feet of that parcel of land located in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, state of California,
being a portion of the N~ of the NEt of the NWt
of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B. & M., more particularly described as follows:
The South 178 feet of the Easterly 220 feet of the
NEt of the NEt of the NWi of Section 7, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
be, and the same is hereby, aocepted by the City Counoil of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim aocept a convey-
ance of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Fu9ds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/lOa Dollars (,,1.00).
