1953-2222WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on or about the 9th day of June, 1953 the City Council of the City of Anaheim did duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 2165 authorizing the purchase for public use of the land therein described from Cortez R. Hoskins and Leonora Hoskins, his wife; and WHEREAS, through error and inadvertence the City Coundil did direct that the purchase price of said property and the escrow and title charge be paid from the Parking Meter Fund; and WHEREAS, said purchase price, title and escrow charges should have been paid from the 1952 Water Works Bond Fund; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred Twelve and 56/100 (46,512.56) Dollars be transferred from the Water Works Bond Fund to the Parking Meter Fund, and that the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to make said transfer. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 2184 day of August 1953.
