OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR
RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for the nnnstnintin opera

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sell
said hereinafter described real property to the City of Anaheim
for the sum of One and no /100 ($1.00) Dollar; and
JHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Ana-
heim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of GERALD H. ENDICOTT and MARY
B. ENDICOTT, husband and wife sell to the City of
Anaheim the following described real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and more partic-
ularly described as follows:
An easement for the construction, operation, and main-
tenance of public utilities over, under and across the
easterly three (3) feet and the northerly three (3)
feet of that portion of Lot 34, Anaheim Extension, in
the City of Anaheim, as shown on a Map of a survey made
by William Hamel in 1868 and filed in Book 3, pages 162-
164, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the south westerly corner of Lot 10, Villa
Place Addition, as shown on a map recorded in Book 6,
page 8 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County;
thence northerly along the westerly line of said Lot 10
a distance of 100 feet; thence Westerly parallel with the
Northerly line of West Center Street a distance of 184.80
feet, more cr less, to a point in the Easterly line of
Lot 12 of Boege's Subdivision of Lot 34, Anaheim Extension
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, page 229 of Miscel-
laneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; thence
southerly along the Easterly line of Lots 12 and 13 of
said Boege's Subdivision 100 feet to a point in the
Northerly line of West Center Street; thence Easterly
along the Northerly line of said West Center Street a
distance of 184.80 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One and no /100 ($1.00) Dollar.
