A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF M~AHEIM AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF 2500
FEET OF 2-1/2 INCH. 600-POUND TEST. AND 1500
FEET OF 1-1/2 INCH. 600-POUND TEST FIRE HOSE
FOR USE BY 'I'HE .FIRE DEP AHTMENT.

WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that public convenience and necessity require the purchase
of 2500 feet o~ 2-1/2 inoh. 600-pound test, and 1500 feet of
1-1/2 inoh, 600-pound test rire hose for use by the Fire
Department; and
WHEREAS. Republic Supply Company of California.
2600 S.E. Eastland Avenue. Los Angeles 54. California. has
offered to furnish said fire hose at the following prices:
25001 - 2-1/2", 600# Test
15001 - 1-1/2". 600# Test
$1.44 per ft.
4)1.00 per ft.
AND wrlEREAS, the City Council finds that said
prices are the lowest obtainable for the purchase of said
rire hose. and that the orrer of Republic Supply Company of
Calirornia should be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the ofrer or Republic Supply
Company of California to furnish said fire hose in the
quantities and sizes, and of the test and description herein-
arter set forth, for the following prioes:
