A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO 'mE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES
WHEREAS" the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purChasing the hereinafter desoribed real property
for publio purposes" to wit: An easement for road and uubllc
u~Ul ty uurooses J . and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of E4BL J. HIRIOOYEN. INC..

erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used tor road and pUblic utility purposes
, and more particularly desoribed as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 10 feet of the Southerly
JO feet of that portion of Lot 5 of Miles Rancho looated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, state of Cali-
fornia, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, page 7 of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South line of said Lot 5,
said South line being also the center line of the 40
foot road now known as Romneya Drive shown adjoining
said Lot 5 on the South on said map, said point being
S 890 541 00. W 335.56 feet from the Southwest corner
of said Lot 5; thence from said point of beginning N
00 00' J8. W 240 feet; thence S 890 541 00. W parallel
with said southerly line 104 teet; thence S 00 00' 38.
E 240 feet to said southerly line; thence N 890 541 00.
E along said southerly line 104 feet to the point of
beginning.
Excepting therefrom the Easterly 34 feet thereof.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a cc:alvey-
ance of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to th&
owners of said real property, out of General ~ds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and no/100 Dollars (~l.OO).
