A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO '!HE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR RQiJ> ~ND ;?UBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim 1s
desirous of purChasing the hereinafter desoribed real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and nUb~ic
ut~l1ty Dumoses ....: . and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim findS'
that it is for the benetit and beat interest of the City of
Anebeim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council or
the City of Anaheim that the offer of HEPSIE A. HEULER, a widow
to sell to the City of Anaheim the fOllOWing described real pr~-

the center line of Liberty Lane, of the South 180

4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
