RESOLUTION NO. 3137
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FUR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS" the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purChasing the hereinafter desoribed real property
for publio purposes" to wit: An easement for road and public
uttlity purposes ; ,and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to aocept said offer and purohase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of WILLIAM G. CLAUSSEN and
Ll:ONA CLAUSSEN, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop.
erty situated in the City of Anaheim" County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and public utilit;y~ur;pose~
, and more particularly desor!bed' as follows :
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Northerly ten (10) feet of the Southerly forty
(40) feet of that parcel of land located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:
The South 180 feet of the Easterly 146 feet of the West i,
SWt, SEt, SWt of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.E. & M.
EXCEPTING therefrom the Easterly 82 feet.
