A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter desoribed real property
f~r publio purposes, to wit: An easement for Road and Pub11c
Utility Purposes ; . and
WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to aooept said offer and purohase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of GEORGE BALCH and
WILMA BALCH husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, to be used for road and u ic ut111t ur
, and more par cu ar y esor e as
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and aoross the northerly ten (10) feet of the
Southerly forty (40) feet of that parcel of land
located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
state of California, described as follows:
The South 180 feet of the West 60 feet of the East
266 feet of the wi, awl, BEl, SWl of Section 2,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Counoil of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim aooept a convey-
ance of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Treasurer of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
Owners of said real property, out of General Fu~ds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/100 Dollars (~l.OO).
