RESOLUTION NO. 3135
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PRO PERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purohasing the hereinafter described real property
for public purposes, to wit: An easement for Road and Publio
Utility Purposes ; . and
WHEREAS, the City Counoil of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Abaheim to accept said offer and purohase said real property.

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot 17 of the Anaheim Investment Com-
pany's Tract, located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
state of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 7,
pages 33 and 34 of Misoellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 17 of the Anaheim
Investment Company's Tract, said southeast oorner being a point
of interseotion of the oenter lines of Walnut street, 60 feet
w1de, and Ball Road, 60 feet wide, as shown on said map; thence
Nerth along said center line of Walnut Street 40 feet; thence
West 30 feet measured at right angles from said center line of
Walnut Street to the true point of beginning; thence S 890 34'
55" W 155 feet more or less; thence S 00 19' 18" E 5 feet more
Or less; thence S 890 34' 55" W, 40 feet more or less; N 00 19'
IS" W, 15 feet more or less; thenoe S 890 34' 55" W, 80 feet

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim aocept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City TreasurBr of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Fu~ds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One and nO/lOa Dollars (~l.OO).
